While using this site you will not

 

• Infringe on copyrights
• Gather information about users including but not limited to email addresses, user names etc. with out the users explicit consent.
• Have been suspended temporarily or indefinitely from our site
• Post incorrect, false, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including but not limited to personal information)
• Post spam ,chain letters , or pyramid schemes
• Circulate any viruses or other malicious technologies that might harm Marine Geek or the interests or property of the Marine Geek users
• Hack into or manipulate any area of the Marine Geek site

 

·   Use any automates means to bypass any measures we use to prevent or restrict access to the site

·   Make any attempts to interfere with the proper working of the site including any activities conducted on the site

·   Tamper with the site or the site users.

·   Copy. Modify, create works from, disburse or publicly display any content from the site with out explicit written consent from Marine geek, their affiliates or any liable thirds party.

·   Do anything that may impose (in our unilateral decision) and unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

You will indemnify and hold us and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and any affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

 

No Agency

 

No agency, joint venture, employee-employer, partnership or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.

 

General

 

Marine Geek may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on this Site. All amended terms shall be effective 5 days after they are initially posted. This Agreement may not be otherwise amended except in writing and agreed to in writing and signed by you and us. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement

 

The owners and affiliates of Marinegeek.com community have the right to pull, edit, relocate, lock or close any thread for any reason between us with respect to the subject matter hereof. The sections provided herein survive termination of this Agreement: Fees and Services with respect to fees owed for our services, Release, Content License, Liability, Indemnity and Resolution of Disputes.
