Good news on the clam recovery. But stealing from the aquarium/zoo seems to happen in Hawaii. In 2007 the Honolulu Zoo had one of their meerkats go missing. They would not say he escaped or was stolen, just missing.
How bizarre is that? He was never found and his companion left at the zoo soon died after. I like to think he escaped and is now hunting the wilds of Hawaii and catching some waves.
