cancellation policy?

Hi Macna,

I know the hotel is Marriott and they have the standard cancellation policy. But I checked on the site for the conference and couldn't find anything about cancelling. Not that I'm planning to but want to have the info just in case.
If I early-bird book and for some reason have to cancel what happens?

The conference registration is transferable but non-refundable.

Thanks Macna for the reply. Don't anticipate having to cancel but it's always good to know the info.

but the hotel will honor cancellations, do they transfer also?

Assume it's like a regular reservation and you have up until 24 hours prior to cancel. Believe this is the case as we have to make the room resv. on our own and it's not part of the conference fees.

i am so flyng down, i didn't think i would and was bummed, but i am going to just suck it up and head down, i love reefapalooza, so im so going to love this show
